How to use

Instructions for use: Fill the measuring cap to the 10 ml line. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 60 seconds and spit out. Use twice daily. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. In some cases, mouthwashes can cause surface stains on the teeth. These are not permanent or harmful and can be prevented with proper brushing or removed at your next dentist visit. Contains Sodium Fluoride (450 ppm Fluoride)
